Your privacy and confidentiality are taken seriously.

The Hypnotist is designed so that sessions are private to you and are not reviewed, monitored, or analysed by a human being.

No therapy records, clinical notes, or personal case files are created. Any interaction with The Hypnotist exists only for the purpose of delivering your session.

Where temporary technical data is required to generate or play your session, this data is not retained beyond the active session and is automatically cleared when you leave the site or close your browser. Once you leave, there is nothing stored that can be restored or retrieved.

The Hypnotist does not store conversations, session content, or personal disclosures for later review. No data is shared, sold, or used for profiling, marketing, or analysis.

You remain fully in control of your experience. If you choose to download an audio session, that file is stored only on your own device, under your own responsibility.

By using The Hypnotist, you acknowledge that while strong privacy safeguards are in place, no internet-based system can ever be guaranteed to be 100% risk-free.
